Regular delivery tracking number is NON-trackable. It starts working only when the order is delivered or there has been an attempt to deliver your package, generally it is provided for us to make sure that you have received your order.

Express delivery tracking number will start working in four business days.

If you are missing part of the order it was most likely sent in more than one package and you will receive it in the next couple of days. In any case, please contact us and we will find out the reason and reship the missing pills if needed.

If your order is held up at customs and you do not receive your order, please contact us and we will reship your order at our expense or if you cannot wait for the reshipment we may return your money.
